Location was great an that was the only thing we enjoyed about the hawkes hotel!
Where does one start with this answer? 1. dog hairs covered the lounge 2. raw eggs for breakfast 3. broken bathroom light 4.dirty towles 5. no space 6. drunks setting fire alarm off at 3am 7. internet access?????????? 8.Dirty coffee cups left in the rooms not changed the whole stay 9. paper thin walls 10. the frozen items of food on our break plate (probably because the land lady was hungover).......................................................need I go on.................. Oh an the windows didnt close correctly

The location here is great, it's close to the South shore making it easy to get around; I was pleasantly surprised by the nearby New Yorker Cafe with its delicious treats and drinks.

The location was perfect for my weekend at the Pleasure Beach theme park. A very tasty full English breakfast each morning plus cereals and juice.The room was perfect for a single room, quiet, freeview channels on tv and a comfortable bed.
The owner didn't give me a map of Blackpool or suggest options for dinner which meant I struggled to find somewhere good for dinner during my stay.
